Skypark Soiree Recap: A Stunning End-of-Season Celebration in Bountiful, Utah

We had the honor of attending the Skypark Soiree, a beautiful celebration marking the close of a full and memorable wedding season here in Utah. Hosted by Merrimac Weddings at her private helicopter pad with Voodoo Air, LLC in Bountiful, Utah. The evening was designed to bring together wedding professionals, creators, and vendors who have poured their hearts into events all year long.

The views alone set the stage for something special. Surrounded by the Wasatch mountains and the soft sunset glow over the city, the setting felt elevated, intimate, and full of excitement.

A Styled Shoot to Remember

The night began with a styled editorial shoot featuring two models with Peppergrass Ranch's alpacas, and an actual helicopter as the backdrop. This was a dream setting for content creation. Attendees captured cinematic moments and romantic detail shots while connecting with some of Utah's most talented photographers and videographers.

Featured creators documenting the evening included:

The results are jaw dropping. Expect to see bold, modern, adventurous bridal inspirations popping up across Utah wedding feeds soon!

Incredible Wedding Vendors and Experiences

The Skypark Soiree highlighted some of the best vendors in Utah's wedding industry, each adding something special to the night.

  • DJ Suzie Q Coco kept the energy high and the dance floor full once the sun went down.
  • Mobile Mixers Utah poured signature beverages that made the celebration feel polished and personal.
  • Baylee's Bakery and Kylie's Confections brought the kind of desserts guests talk about long after the party ends.
  • Cottage Floral Design created florals that felt romantic and refined, enhancing the natural atmosphere.
  • Elance Events ensured the event was styled with intention from start to finish.
  • The Bomb Pie added savory bites that were a total crowd favorite.
  • And of course, Peppergrass Ranch was there bringing joy and connection as always with their lovely alpacas.

The night felt warm and welcoming, almost like a big family reunion between vendors who have worked alongside each other throughout countless wedding days.

Dancing Under the Night Sky

As the last light faded, everyone gathered for a hanger dance party. There is something magical about celebrating with the people who understand the early mornings, long weekends, timelines, travel days, and the joy of watching couples step into their futures. It felt like a deep breath and a moment to honor everything this 2025 season held.
